This suite was perfect for our 2 day stay. There were three of us, so having the fold out couch was such a bonus. The price was better than all of the hotels in the area, and we had a full kitchen. Parking pass was an added bonus. You can’t beat this location if you are staying for an event at Climate Pledge Arena. 10/10 definitely would stay here again if it’s available. No complaints.

Brandon’s home was the perfect location and such a cozy place. I could definitely see how parking would be tricky but paid parking was fairly cheap and easy to find while I was there.

Everything was perfect. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. Brandon was very easy to reach and highly responsive. He provided a parking permit (hangtag) for street parking, so I didn't have to worry about getting a ticket. Great location right opposite Safeway. I’ll definitely be back!

Brandon’s place is a great stay in a great location. I was able to walk to the Mariners game easily and a Kraken/Storm game is across the street. Place is clean and tidy. The rooftop view is really beautiful and even better during the summer months.

Perfect location for a low key solo trip. This apartment was safe while being easy to access. I personally loved how many of Seattles top sights were within walking distance and that there's a public transit stop up the block. Brandon was incredibly responsive & hospitable.

This is a hidden gem. The building overall is beautifully decorated, the rooftop has amazing views, and the apartment unit is perfect for one or two people. I would absolutely stay here again, no questions asked. The bed is very comfortable, too.

The apartment is clean and quiet -- never heard any noise from the adjacent units, and *maybe* heard a few foot steps from the unit above. And the location is excellent -- an easy walk to the light rail station. Moreover, there are multiple bus routes within easy walking distance (along Pine St, Broadway, John St and 15th Ave), in case someone wants to explore parts of Seattle that aren't along the light rail line... e.g. Seattle Center, Lincoln Park, Madison Park, maybe even the Flight Museum. Brandon is also excellent host -- communication was always timely and helpful. Negatives? That can be subjective... Yes there might be occasional siren noise, but it's sporadic and it's rare. And it helps to be realistic: Capitol Hill is in the center of bustling major city. Likewise for parking -- it's challenging everywhere on Capitol Hill, because of the population density and because it's a magnet for people from all over.

Brandon's listing in Capitol Hill was as described. He was very communicative and helpful during the stay, and the location is ideal with a park less than a block away.

Brandon’s place was great! We had a great time. Apartment was in a good neighborhood and easily walkable. It is well connected with the light rail and there are great restaurants surrounding. Had an awesome stay!
