You will be at the heart of Lower Queen Anne in this new, comfortable, and modernly furnished apartment. You cannot beat the location for access to downtown, Climate Pledge Arena, The Space Needle (visible from the rooftop!), and waterfront park. All the amenities of home you'd ever want are provided including a washer/dryer in unit, wifi, and Roku. The views on the rooftop are also incredible. A street parking pass is included in your stay but be aware street parking can be difficult at times.
Good to know
The space is modern yet comfortable. The apartment is located on the street side of the building but is well insulated so you can still enjoy a quiet evening off the town.

AC is set up in the summer months when the weather is warm. Please note: The building has security cameras in common areas such as the hallway and front entrance. These are operated and monitored by building management for general building security.

There are a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. Head North to grab a bite anywhere near Mercer Street, check out the Space Needle only a few blocks away, or head down to Myrtle Edwards Park to watch the boats make their way across the Puget Sound.
Guest Access
Guests will be able to use the entire apartment as if it were their own home. Rooftop access is provided to everyone in the building which includes a BBQ and amazing views of the water and space needle!
