Had a great stay at Brandon’s place. Great location, easy street parking, lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and we felt right at home. Instructions were clear and Brandon was quick to respond when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

Brandon’s apartment was perfect. Location, location, location. Great restaurants, bars, cafes, and Trader Joe’s and Safeway all within 3 blocks walk. The outdoor space was also an added bonus. Love the well kept plants.

I needed a last-minute place in Capitol Hil and this was such a great find! And thank heavens for the AC and bedroom fan. Very quiet and private. Great late dinner at Oddfellows, close by. Highly recommend!

It was clean, safe and we could get places very easily. Parking. We couldn’t find a place using the pass so paid for the lot next door and it was very pricey.

Wonderful, bright clean apartment in a great, walkable neighborhood! We enjoyed seeing lots of green trees outside and natural lighting and a cool cross breeze inside. Brandon was extremely welcoming and responsive, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed right from the start. The detailed instructions made getting in and out super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

I loved the layout of the apartment and it had all the necessary equipment even the iron and laundry detergent and all kitchen necessities so we could cook and do the laundry it was so convenient 🙆‍♀️🙏loved it! Will definitely try to come again next time in Seattle!

I thought Brandon’s place represented good value, and the location is excellent. Just walk down pine to be in the downtown core. Seattle was a beautiful city, with good people. There’s a coffee shop just on the corner of 12th that had a good breakfast sandwich, only 10 meters or so from the property. WiFi worked well, instructions were all clear. Didn’t run into any issues and if I ended up back in Seattle would definitely consider staying at Brandon’s place once more.

This stay was perfect for our short trip. Had all the amenities we needed and such a cute /neighborhood! The free street parking was also great and easy thank you brandon! Definitely would stay again when back in seattle.

Our stay at Brandon’s in Queen Anne was great. It was last minute and Brandon accommodated us no problem . His place was spotless and in a nice quiet building. His instructions were thorough as well. Laundry was a HUGE plus !!!
