The apartment is situated in an eclectic neighborhood, an ideal location in the heart of all the action in Capitol Hill. There is a charming cafe on the corner and a delicous matcha tea and coffee shop next door. Everything was exactly as described and I liked that the building can only be accessed privately. We were able to find street parking, and Brandon has provided a parking pass for street parking as well. Brandon was very responsive whenever I had a question and was nice enough to give us access for a slightly earlier check-in. Thank you, Brandon, and look forward to returning soon, now that our son lives in Seattle in the Capitol Hill area!

The apartment was perfect! Location was super close to the Seattle Space Needle & the area overall felt safe! Brandon is super accommodating & we were even able to check in an hour prior & the apartment itself was super clean and homey. Thanks so much Brandon!

Really liked staying here. It was awesome to go on the roof and see the view of the city and space needle. Brandon responded quickly when I had a question before my stay there.

Brandon's place was perfect for our stay. Beautiful natural light filled, comfortable and spacious apartment for 4 adults with a bus stop just a few feet away. Lots of restaurants, a Trader Joe's and Safeway all within minutes on foot. Highly recommend !

Awesome stay at Brandon’s place, great proximity to local attractions & water front, Space Needle was only a few minutes away. Do not miss out on the rooftop with crazy views of the bay and Space Needle. Brandon’s was super clean and well worth it. Thank you for hosting!

Stayed here while I was in town for 2 days. Great spot for a solo traveler or 2 people. Place was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Right next to the needle! Would definitely stay again

Great place in the heart of a great neighborhood! Cal Anderson Park is right around the corner. So many restaurants and great things to experience within walking distance. The place was spotlessly clean and well-equipped for even a long stay. I only stayed two nights - I wish I had stayed longer in this great Seattle apartment!

We needed a last minute place to stay for a night in seattle and just happened to pick Brandon's place because it was a good deal and more private than a hotel and I am so glad we landed on his place! He was proactive in sending us information, and very quick to respond when I had stupid questions after a long day of driving. The place was super clean and really nice and the A/C was very much appreciated! Its the perfect little place to catch some peace between going out. The location is also unbeatable being right behind Cal Anderson park. Everything you could possibly want is within a 2 minute walk, and you're also walking distance from everything else downtown so you can skip the uber fees. It was perfect! I also loved the mattress. I have such a hard time sleeping in hotel/airbnb beds but this one was a joy to come crash in after a long day. Oh, and the water pressure was impressive and the water was hot! Sometime I never really think about but definitely appreciate!
