Just want to point out first that there really are 2 real beds! I was a dork and skimmed the listing too quickly, but it truly is like a 1-bed AND a studio unit connected to each other. Very unique. (The queen bed in the studio/living space is located behind the couch.) Overall a fantastic space with a great location within Capitol Hill - walkable to restaurants, bars, groceries, Cal Anderson Park and all the fun over on/by Broadway. Also a great place to just stay in and chill - everything was super clean, quiet and peaceful. Very private, cozy feel with the greenery and patio lights on the fence, and within a safe area (appreciated the designated parking space a ton, but there was also some street parking available even on a Friday night). Brandon was a lovely host who made everything extra easy, from booking through checkout and I wish I could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back again when I can. :)

I chose this Airbnb because I’d heard that parking in downtown Seattle can be a hassle, and having a dedicated parking spot with our rental car made everything so much easier. The location was fantastic—just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown and about 14 minutes to Pike Place Market and all the waterfront attractions. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, having a grocery store nearby was super convenient for picking up essentials. For the price, this Airbnb was perfect—it met all my expectations and provided a hassle-free experience. My sister and I both really enjoyed our stay, and we’d absolutely book this place again next time we’re in Seattle!
